About
I write when I think.
I am Vikas Agarwal, the person building the Water Works HQ fleet.
Pressure Quest is my personal journey to understand my own mental model in the open. This is where I write while building real systems. The filings are part belief under pressure, part architecture log, part implementation trail.
I used to pressure test my beliefs alone. That made the room too small. It let my ideas harden without enough contact, enough disagreement, enough embarrassment. This place is the room opened up. Challenge is not a threat here. It is part of the method. By design, I am the most vulnerable person here and I like it.
But you are not here to be a test subject for my thought experiments. I want the filings to be useful to you as architectural intricacies, implementation choices, failure modes, system-building stories, and mental models you can inspect, challenge, or steal from.
Some of this lands in the tools that I build to coordinate work with agents and humans through orcy, to make memory less fragile through mnemo, and to tend the ignored work through bluei. Those products will be downstream from the convictions and implementation lessons that survive here.
I have no interest or authority in preaching anything that I write here as finished commandments. I care about whether a belief can defend itself, whether a design choice survives implementation, and whether a convention is strong enough to become practice. I only wish for you to learn, engage, defend or discard what you learn here. But be ready to defend yourself when challenged.
Bring the better argument. Keep the useful parts. Leave the rest here.
